Communication Skills Training One Day Course

An Introduction to communication skills provides a well-informed foundation from which one can build a successful, and rewarding, counselling career, help in the work place, build confidence or just help you to communicate. Counselling skills developed here can then be transferred to the workplace or personal relationships. Prospective students who are already working in a therapeutic profession, in health care, education, pastoral care or even human resources, will also benefit from a good grounding in counselling. One can use the learning to progress on to counselling or simply use knowledge gained from the course as a positive means of progression through their existing careers, confidence getting back into the workplace.
